Hey guys! I'm wanting to make more on the go smoothies, shakes, and other "breakfast" juiced/blended options. My friends got a little blender you can take with you after use, I don't have any recipes to go off of and just want something low cal and I love sweet, too!!

I forgot to mention on this, what is something you throw in for growing more muscle? I've heard protien powder is one good way.0
