Other exercise?

What are people doing along side 30DS?
I'll be running 5k once a week, and i've just bought JM's Banish fat, boost metabolism DVD

    Ive been trying to get in at least 45 minutes to an hour of cardio in the afternoons. Ive done the eliptical, spinning and a little bit of weights. Today I plan on going for a walk.

    I am also doing hip hop abs, zumba, bgwt, and walking/running through out the week. I try to switch it up some.

    I've been trying to get in at least 2 miles a day walking outside or treadmill. I really want to do more on the elliptical.

    I am trying to get in 30mins each day on the elliptical, but that is kind of hit and miss.
