Excellent Chris! I'm so proud of you!! If I get my butt to the gym today, I will hit my goal. But I have also lost a little weight this week, so I'm happy either way!1

+0.3kg this week, wrong direction
Plus side - lots of running with PR's at 5,10 &15km as well as PR in squat weight.2 -
