Semi Pulsating Temples.. What Is It

Okay had two drinks last night. Just bourbon water and ice. Not much bourbon in either one. Had a great skirt steak with double veggies. Watched a movie in bed this morning. Felt fine just a little tired. Washing dishes I felt a few pulses and pains in my right temple. As I am sitting typing this, none of that is happening. Any ideas? From the drinks? Or what? Thanks...

Also, I just ate for the first time since last night. Bacon eggs and some keto bread. Any suggestions peeps? Also could it be that my system is so cleaned out and pure that alcohol just affects me tons more?

I don't know... When I get headaches is is usually behind the eyes. I don't get it in the temples.

Is it still there or gone? Could it be a bit of dehydration and low electrolytes? A minor hangover? Some of us become lightweights at drinking when LCHF.

The wife said the same thing. Drinking water now. Is apple cider vinegar a helpful thing? I love me some apple cider vinegar..!!!!

Hmm....I've not been to a doc since 2014 other than when I tore my left rotator cuff and subluxated my bicep so am not a "run to the doc" type person. That said, a quick Dr. Google search of "right temporal pain" might cause me to pick up the phone to make an appointment with my favored medical doctor, sooner than later.

No other symptoms so far. Drove to store with wife. Not dizzy. Just hazy kinda. Maybe slight hangover. That is only thing in diet that has changed. Had a swallow or two of bourbon around thanksgiving. Lost taste for it. So last night was first I have drank since starting this woe.

Well drinking alcohol dehydrates you and flushes out your electrolytes, so I would suggest having some sodium and potassium to get them back into your system. Dizzy isn't the only symptom of sodium loss. Hazy is one of them as well.

I agree with this. Alcohol really packs a punch now and I get temple headaches when I need my electrolyte supplements. If I forget to take them for a couple days this can happen. And dehydration is awful on your body, don't go there.

that could be a sign of the start of dehydration as alcohol dehydrates you and can come on quickly especially if you do not drink plenty of water during the day.
