I'm getting so frustrated!
No matter what I'm doing again, my weight has stalled for the last few months... I've been within my caloric goals, even if my macros are a tad off. Even when I'm a little over I should be good because of my new active job I haven't accounted for nutritionally until very recently.
I've been taking multivitamins in the event I have a deficiency too. And I exercise regularly. I'm at a loss as to what I should be doing now. Help?

Any difference in body size? You can be losing fat without losing scale weight. Particularly if you're suddenly more active0

If you (like many/most), experienced a "nice" water weight loss during your 1st week or two eating very low carb and your "tad off" is now in a carb increase it could be the water weight returning and that could be masking/offsetting a fat weight loss. Just a thought. What goes down, may come up with a dietary change. Also a change in activity will do the same, as mentioned above.0
