Burping and farting at olympic levels but keeping chins up. (Safesr place for 'em) joking apart im excited, a little scared amd a lit determined. Already down 10kg from highest pre-surgery weight and 3kg from day of surgery.

    Thanks great! When was your surgery? What type did you have? I'm a recent VSG from Dec 26. Excited but slow going so a little frustrated.
