Cramping in stomach
Hello, have any of you had problems with sipping fluids after surgery and your stomach start cramping? If so, what did you do? My doctor told me my stomach was sensitive to cold fluids and I must warm up all my fluids for the next 2wks.

I just got back from my 8 week follow up and i'm down 58 lbs from my highest weight in June of 2019. I've lost 23 lbs since my surgery. Hi, I just had sleeve done Dec 26. Looking to find friends and help support. A little frustrated so far. I've only lost about 15 lbs since surgery. How many carbs per day is everyone eating?
Am I eating to many calories??
I'm setting my goals at 1000 after sleeve done Dec 26. How many calories and carbs were everyone else told to adhere to?

Burping and farting at olympic levels but keeping chins up. (Safesr place for 'em) joking apart im excited, a little scared amd a lit determined. Already down 10kg from highest pre-surgery weight and 3kg from day of surgery.
