Hey everyone,
I just had the sleeve surgery on Jan 9 of this year. So far, I'm happy with my results, but I'm hitting my second plateau since the surgery. I'm just starting to really get into working out regularly, but am having a hard time since I work full time and am attending graduate school as well. It's really hard to find motivation at the end of every long day.
Earlier this week I hit my 75 pounds mark (since the surgery) and am under 300 pounds again for the first time in over 10 years. I've been focusing on maxing out my protein and learning how much is the right amount of food for me again.
So what is working for you guys? How do you make choices in what to eat and what exercise works best?
