Regaining Strength

I had my third c-section 7 weeks ago. I have been cleared to resume normal activities and was warned to take it slow getting back into working out. I know that I am not ready for compound lifts yet as I can't even get good form on an unweighted squat. My struggle at this time is strength and flexibility. Do you have any suggestions on exercises I can do while I continue to heal to begin to build up my strength again? I have free weights, a bench, bands and a flexibility ball. For now, I'll be keeping my workouts short, probably 20-30 minutes max.

I have free weight bars that I can have as low as 5 pounds up to 50 pounds.
