Hey all,
I finished the colonoscopy procedure today, and this post is about reporting the non-scale victory of actually taking care of my health, instead of "intending to".
The doctor found a couple of polyps, which he removed and is having analyzed. So if in fact there is something "wrong", then I'm very happy I had this procedure done early (I'm 49, and normal screening starts at 50).
I've got five brothers, all older than me, and I'm pretty positive I'm the first one to have a colonoscopy done. I'm sending an email out to all of them urging they get checked too, and am urging y'all to do so as well, if you haven't.

That's how I 'did' weight loss, for years!
Good for you @GavinFlynn1 ! Glad it's 'behind you' and you've got a clean bill of health. Great reminder for the rest of us too...0
