    I am 5ft 10 and 160lbs. I am trying to lose 7lbs but always feel starving on less than 1800 cals.

    @Southfield3 You should make sure you are eating enough protein, fiber and good carbs in order to keep you satisfied throughout the day. Also, maybe if you cut your calories gradually over time it may help. In the meantime you can exercise so that you burn off more calories to aid your weight loss.

  • My goal is 10lb too! I was completely sedentary after a knee injury last summer and it drove me absolutely CRAZY. And I gained 13lb or so. Now that I'm active again, only 10 more to lose. B) Add me if you'd like!

    Hi, everyone.

    I'm 48, 5'7" and about 165lbs. Last year I was doing a ton of cardio and some weights. I was losing weight (about 20 lb), but I was still loose and jiggly everywhere. I went through an emotional break up (he cheated) and lost the motivation to work out. I only gained about five pounds, but I can tell that my body has changed. I'm carrying more belly fat and I'm not as toned in general. I want to get back into working out and taking care of myself. My goals are different this time. Instead of endurance training I want to add muscle and lose fat.

    This site is really helping learn a lot about where my calories and nutrition are coming from. I'm working in healthcare 50+ hours a week and finding it difficult to get myself to the gym.

    Add me too guys! I'm 5ft 5", currently weigh 136lbs and 23 years old. Looking to lose 10 lbs roughly to get down to 9 stone and become fit again! At my heaviest (2011-2012) I was over 12 stone, I never realised I couldn't eat a swimmers diet after giving up competitive swimming.. haha! Fluctuated since then (mainly due to a bad relationship and university stresses) but looking to lose and maintain the weight this time!

    Ditto!! I added you. :) I'm around 142 and just don't quite feel myself at this weight. I'm aiming to lose another 10-15 pounds gradually (I've already lost roughly 10 pounds over the past few months through small, consistent lifestyle changes).

    Add me! I am at 5'4 and at 132 and I would like to lose 7 more pounds. Those are the hardest pounds to lose! I need to get out of this rut, where I am good all week and on the weekend I gain back all the progress I made.

    lets all be friends!!! I want to be 125-130 fluctuating (water and *kitten* and stuff) im at 141 ish right now! 5'2" and soft. Trying to get my muscle on!!! I eat around 1200-1400 and that will keep my weight consistent without exercise, and if I make it to the gym 4 days a week I tend to kill 1-2 lbs a week (depends on the intensity) . Lets all do this together!!!

    I've lost 12 pounds and hoping to lose another 12 pounds by the summer. It started easy but I know it's going to get very difficult!

  • Please add me too! I'm at 146 for the past few months, but last year was at 132 and felt fabulous. I'm looking to get back down under 135. I'm not feeling fit lately.

    Feel free to add me as well. I'm 5'1 and 128 right now. Looking to lose 10 - 15 and see how I feel when I get there. Slowly starting to eat more. It's become evident over time that eating a low calorie diet and doing a lot of exercise is not working for me. Time to change my mindset.

    Please add me. I am 60 and at 145, want to get to 135. I work out regularly and have been trying to be consistent about logging. But food is where I can use the support. I am good but not good enough :wink:

    Please add me too. I have started to gain weight in my mid-30's. I started night shift in a sleep lab 3.5 yes ago and my weight has crept up. 120lbs-125lbs on a 5'1 frame. Ugh. I was happiest and fit into my clothes best when I was 113.

    Wanting to lose weight as well. My biggest snack time is before lunch. Trying to stop the cravings so I don't use up all my calories for the day! I am around 130-135 and want to get back to 120-125.

    In need of some motivational friends.. I'm only a few pounds from my goal and not even sure I necessarily need to lose weight but I'm trying to get in better shape.     hi, anyone in here feel free to add me too! I have been in maintenance about 2 months or so ago. I Havent weighed myself recently but I am sure I gained a few pounds over the holidays/vacation and have been sick and haven't gotten to the gym in awhile. Need to get re-motivated.
