Hi,

I did LCHF for a while and lost some weight. I was constantly battling to get my protein intake down and my fat up. I made a few simple changes and it put my macros right where I want them. I cut back on meat and I added olive oil and ghee. I also bumped up my healthy carb intake, eating vegetables with every meal. I am hitting 5% Carbs, 20% protein, and 75& fat or close to that. I also cut way back on alcohol.

I think I can do it long term. If anyone wants a friend, I am open to all.

    That's great that you found the macros that work for you! You may need to tweak them as you get closer to your goal weight, but enjoy the success you're having now. :smile:
