Hi everyone,
I am have been apart of the community for a few months. Looking for MFP friends and maybe some suggestions boosting my fat intake! Also, accepting new MFP friends to help me stay on track!

    Why do you want to boost fat intake?
    Are you feeling hungry too soon after meals?

    Welcome to the group.

    Coconut oils, nuts, cheese, butter, mayo, olive and their oil all have a lot of fat. They can be added to food if you need to hit a calorie goal.

    Those of us still trying to lose do not force the fat though. We use our own fat stores for fuel. ;) Carbs are a hard ceiling that we try not to exceed (anywhere between zero and 150g) and protein is a goal we try to hit. Fat? We hit that if hungry. If not hungry for a day or so, we skip carbs or fats.
