Looking for sponsor and use MFP event as online meeting?

Hi everyone,. I'm a compulsive overeater who's looking for a sponsor. I've been in OA for about 2 years when never gotten past step 4. I've tried working with 2 sponsors in the past. Both with lovely people but it was a poor fit. I'm a working mom who'd really like to use MFP to track & share food. No emails or phone chats daily please! Just don't have that time.
on a related note, does anyone know if we can use the next event application in mfp to host weekly OA meetings? I find the IRC option for online meetings really antiquated and not very useful.
