Ultimate Goal Weight: 150 will put me at the top of the normal BMI range but I think that's the # I've ultimately always wanted. Being under 200 would be a blessing (it has been probably 10 yrs since under 200)

Alas, underlining things led to the melt down. Talked things over with Deb. Better now, but not logging for a little while, still making pretty good choices. Total loss for the month 2.7

Jan loss 3.4lbs....def didn't meet my goal, but i also let my emotions control my eating. This week was my tom tho, im pretty happy with 1.8lb loss during my period, usually its a few lbs water weight. My goal is to make feb a much better month!1 -
