Ok so I'm in a reflective mood, thankful for all my support team in this forum, when I noticed that I haven't seen @kensmith here for a while. Does anyone know how he's doing? I know he had some issues posting. So I made this amber alert lol so Ken if your still here drop us a line!

I think I have his daughter on my friends list. I just sent her a message. I'll report back if I hear anything. I know his wife had been having some issues, and I think there was something going on with his leg/back, so he just might be laid up or something... Will advise if I'm advised.

I've been awol 14 days ... but I'm back now. Only up 900g over Xmas but I feel like I ate all the things. Stuck to Keto though

Ken responded to my message himself, and I got it this morning. Apparently he's still having major access issues. He said he's down to half a profile page and his food log... That would make me go a bit nuts...
He said they had a fantastic holiday, and he's back at VLC... He'll be back with us when he can. I shared my FB and personal email with him, in case MFP stops working for him altogether...6 -
