I'm excited to be doing this with 133 friends in the fb challenge. It's my first time being a part of something like this. I definitely want to be using MFP to track food. It just makes me better at being accountable when I'm recording. And I love reading other peoples food diaries too! I will be doing IF (intermittent fasting) to assist my own journey, practicing 16:8 (only eating within 8hrs of any day) and 5:2 (limiting calories to 500 2x's per week).
