Whatever way I cook them, I usually use coconut oil. I also use cooconut oil on my skin when it's dry and in the ends of my hair too - it's a miracle oil!

I just had em baked in the oven for an hour til the shell was crispy and the inside smooshy - then topped with homemade chunky guacamole and feta. Bloody lovely

Nice! Thanks Ladies an hour wow OK we Deffo didn't leave them in long enough - but they were really good!

I cut them like wedges, power boil them for 10minutes and put in oven with a small bit of oil for 30mins. Can never get them as nice as restaurants

My friend likes baked sweet potato with almond butter - haven't tried it myself as I don't fancy the sound of it ha but she loves it
