Anyone tips for protein intake? No powders please, normal food.

It seems I have trouble to reach my protein goal...

Thanks in advance!

pick up fork, pick up food, open mouth, bring food to mouth, chew swallow repeat.
it sounds easy, but the form can be really nuanced. look for instructional videos on youtube from Lark Dimplefoot.
it's especially important that your elbow does not go past your knees as you're lifting the fork.

I use edamame to satisfy part of my protein and fiber requirements.

Keep your wrist in line with your elbows as well. Scapula retracted. Be sure to take equal bites with opposing arm to ensure strength symmetry.
