This challenge is about 14 weeks, imagine reaching your goals for this challenge in only 14 weeks. Every mor5wake up and tell yourself you can do it, at bedtime congratulate yourself for all the positives of the day and do not dwell on the rest. We got this!!

One of the things I have started doing is spending sometime every night writing down 5 things that made me smile that day. That is often things I have accomplished or done well in.4
