One small change

Lasting change requires changing habits. For me , my first one was daily weighing. This keeps me aware of where I am and allows me to understand fluctuations.
What is one small change you can make, today?

    I cut out Bread and Milk from my diet and started to make a point to drink more water the first thing in the morning is a glass of water, and started to make more steps at first, I agree with you the daily weight weighing is good to understand but don't get disenchanted when you see it finds a plateau or goes up, I'm currently gaining I put this down to changing habits over the Xmas and new year period but I have also started to become more intensive in getting in the km's on the treadmill rather than just weight training, I have lost over 25kg's (28% of my weight since October 2016.
