Just thought I would post this for those interested. Starts on 1/30.

I got some good info from the Keto Summit and the Fat Summit last year, so I thought this might have some good info I could use for my wife who has fibromyalgia.

Bookmarked. Mom suffers from polymyalgia and other issues, she wants me to show her the keto ropes. But I think it will take more hands-on help than I may be able to do. I need more resources, so this will help.
PS - I'm kinda mad I didn't tune in every day for the Fat Summit 2 - assuming the talks would be available at a later date...did anyone who signed up for that content ever see if the best talks or any of them were shared again?0 -

They had a 24 hour replay of everything... and then a few more days of extending the purchase offers. That is all I can remember.0 -
Oh. Yeah, I was out of town those 24 hours and missed that.0

@bjwoodzy I have a few random notes - google Youtube Dominic D'Agostino (he was very interesting). Robb Wolf has a book coming out in March that sounds interesting on autoimmune issues: Wired To Eat.
https://moldymovie.com/index Dave Asprey - also info about a 'food detective' app, trigger foods that affect you will raise your heart rate and you can check it with the app. Also from him for free: Bulletproof Diet Roadmap: https://blog.bulletproof.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/02/BulletproofRoadmap_Rebrand_outlined.pdf
AND for amazing info on thyroid help and what to look for on your labs: drhyman.com/ (plus other interesting stuff)
Also Kashiwaya, Yashihiro "Neurobiology of Aging 34.6 (2013):1530-1539"
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3619192/
Ketone ester diet - anxiolitic & cognition sparing properties, lessens amyloid and tau pathologies.1 -
Yeah I know all those people, I was hoping to see their specific talks with Mark, event though he's kind of an annoying interviewer.
Thanks, though, I will still check out those links!0 -
Sorry - having trouble with the server tonight....
recopy I can't tell what's been updated as I edit:

Probably won't send them tonight. Going to sleep now.1 -
No rush! Here are the ones I was most looking forward to...but if you can't find them it's all good!
Sarah Hallberg, Richard Bernstein, Kris Carr, Nina Teicholz, Chris Kresser, Gary Taubes, David Perlmutter, Dale Bredesen, John Robbins, Peter Attia.
Those were the ones I missed/wanted to hear most. Thanks!0 -
