I've seen this stuff at Trader Joe's and want to try it.
What's your experience with it?
What do you add it to? What can I expect flavor wise?

I've only used meringue powder to make icing. I would imagine as long as you are cooking with it, it should be fine I can't imagine it reconstituting to taste well otherwise.0
