Favorite Keto- Cookbook?

I would like to get a keto cookbook, but there are so many out there it seems.
I have found recipes online, but I like to flip through a cookbook. We end up putting most of our favorites into our paprika app, but I like real books.
We like to do slow-cooker meals on weekdays and I'm open to more complicated prep on the weekends.

I don't cook from recipes really. Incredibly rarely.
And even though I don't own these I think Maria Emmerich probably has the best cookbooks out there. Just from the ones I am familiar with from her website. She seems to try to keep things simple and I like that. So if I were going to buy one, this would be it.

I don't have any keto physical cookbooks yet, but I like most of what's at http://www.wickedstuffed.com/ and http://ruled.me
I'm working on my own cookbook, currently. Anyone interested can stay tuned to my page here for updates:
