Any vegan/vegetarian LCers?

Hi everyone, I've had bloodwork done in the past to show signs of IR, despite having normal fasting blood glucose (79-90 range). I notice carbs only make me hungrier, give me a foggy buzz, and I get very tired after having them. I've tried LC several times when i ate meat and didn't like the food, felt like shi*. I plan to slowly drop the carbs from 150--->50 and supplement with vit. b, vit. d, ashwagandha. I have hypothyroidism but off meds at this time because I went from hypo to hype and got heart pains/palpitations. I gained a lot of weight and its frustrating but a lot of it was also due to just eating too much.
TL:DR; I'm trying LC again, this time without meat. Has anyone had success on this? I plan to get most fats & proteins from nuts, nut butters, possibly seeds like sunflower and chia, tahini. Will use eggs, plant based LC protein powders.
Appreciate any feedback from those not eating meat. I've tried LC with meat so many times and really just do not enjoy the meals. Maybe rarely I will but for now, prefer to try a more plant based approach.

I'm neither vegan nor vegetarian but if you haven't done so already:
click on the blue "Low Carb Daily" at the top of this page.
Click on "Start Here Launch Pad"
Click on "Various Programs"
Scroll down and click on "Vegetarian Keto" or "Vegan Keto"
Lots of good information there. I'm sure veg and veg folks will chime in here Your thread) and offer their experiences.1 -

It absolutely can be done, especially if you include eggs in your diet.
FYI, http://veganhealth.org is great source of info on vegan/vegetarian eating, including sections on micronutrients and pre-diabetes.
Keep us posted!

I'm mostly vegetarian (I do eat seafood) and my diary is open, I aim for carbs under 100g/day, most days I make it!1
