Just keep going no matter what. Don't allow your health to be subjected to a Rollercoaster ride. Learn how to get fit and maintain it. It should be a lifestyle. Trust me, I'm preaching to myself.1

One day at a time. Baby steps in changing your behaviors. I've lost over 100 lbs., but I did it slowly (almost two years). Still losing. I think it's a lifelong story about small changes, working towards your goals. Welcome! Feel free to add me as a friend.2
