We did this in January two years ago!! I say we try it again...

Monday - Wednesday - Friday -- 30 seconds each/10 second rest between exercises - 3 sets

JJs (squat after jump if you choose)
Step-Up using bench or chair
Push-Up (w/rotation if you choose)
Wall Sit
Plank
Squat

Tuesday - Thursday - Saturday - 30 seconds each/10 second rest between exercises - 3 sets

High Knee Running in Place
Push-Ups
Alternating Lunges
Ab Crunches
Tricep Dips
Side Plank (30 seconds each side)

    How do you remember this Chris? OK, did it today. And I still hate step-ups! So it is nice you forced me to do them! Tonight I will do my normal practice of my bench press. Still working at it!

    Shelley, I have a copy of the workout w/the date on my computer desk top. I've saved a lot of our workouts. DDD and I did most of these w/our trainer today. Egads! Things are going to hurt tomorrow!

    Ok got last nights done. And yes, I will be a little sore again. I hate running in place and don't know why, but I am not good at dips! :s

    I'm okay with the dips...I don't care for lunges. Nopey, nope. Just getting over the "sore" our trainer inflicted upon me Wed. DH and I got to walk this morning. We didn't get any serious walking in last week, but we'll get to walk tomorrow and Monday (holiday for DDD). :D <-- me being happy!
