Finish line(Week 12):
Weight goal: lose 10 lb's
Exercise goal: complete Ripped in 30 and 6 week 6 pack
Nutrition goal: Eat at or under mfp calories allowed .
Other: Go down a jean size
Week 2:
Lose 1.5 lb
Start L3 of 30 Day Shred

I do Friday weigh-ins & measure-ups too.
Week #3: In sum it appears that there was no weight loss ( in fact I have 1/2lb gain), but I suspect due to the heat wave, that I am retaining extra water, the tightness of my ring.
wt = up 1/2 lb --> 15lbs to go
neck = up 0.25 (this is one of my RA indicators)
arms = same
chest & under breasts = up 0.5
waist = down 0.25! --> 1.5 inches to go
hips = down 0.5
buttocks = same
thighs = down 0.25
above knees = same

Week 2 mini goals:
-track everything!!!(been lazy with tracking food/exercise) so get back into the habit of entering my food.
and stick withen my calorie allowances
-20km running for the week _if anyone uses nike running app i am looking for friends on there
