    I'm on day 8, keeping on keeping on. Not exercising much, but hitting my macros. :D I'm going to weigh myself for the first time since starting on sunday. Started at 280 lbs on monday the second. Do you log your food and exercise?

    I am on day 3. I gave lost 8.2lbs & feel great! I log food & exercise. I feel like this is a miracle! Has anyone made it past thus honeymoon phase? How does everything balance out after?

    Day 6 - feel pretty good. This is the second time around for me on Keto. Hitting my macros every day is getting me excited. Kinda worried about my energy levels for a barre class I'm doing tomorrow night. Still haven't figured out what I need to do to have energy before exercise so I don't feel completely exhausted afterwards- anyone have any tips?

    What are your macros like? I'm doing 80% fat, 15% protein, and 5% or less carbs.

    Hey all!
    I just started my keto journey today. I am doing 75% fat, 20% protein and 5% carbs. I am suffering a headache (thinking its the lack of my morning coffee).
    I am excited to see where this takes me! I am a little worried because I LOVE CARBS! but I also love bacon lol and I know I need to make a change. I have lost 60lbs on my own since May 2016, but I am majorly stalled and need to still loose another 70lbs before I reach my ultimate goal.

    Day 31 here. I feel great.

    Starting weight day 1 of LCHF/Keto: 264.6 lbs

    Current weight : 258.2 lbs

    Pounds lost: 6.4

    Inches lost in 31 days: 4

    Goal weight: 150 lbs
