    I'm 5' 3" and 154 lbs. I want to get rid of 20 lbs. so I can stop hiding behind over sized tops. I'm back to MFP after trying (and making no progress on) Weight Watchers for the past three months.

    Feel free to add me, looking for more friends and support. I'm down to losing my last 15-20 lbs, and have set MFP for 1 lb a week loss. 15 lbs = 15 weeks at best. Looking to connect with people with similar goals and expectations. no fad diets here just conscious eating and calorie counting. CW 153, Height 5'6"

    It's my 50th birthday (in July) and losing my pesky pounds is my goal. It would also mean fitting back in to my nicest clothes. Woot!

    5'9" current: 172# less 15# = 157#

    I would love to be added as well. I am 5'5" and weigh 146- would like to get down to 130lbs. Need motivation and meal ideas- staying around 1200 calories a day is difficult.

    I'm 5'5" and hovering right around 160 lbs. My goal is to get down to 140 lbs. I am looking for other women to keep me motivated on this journey, I feel like I have done this so many times now, I am trying to figure out how to make is stick this time.

    Me too - I'm 5'3.5 weigh 155 (started this year at 165) with goal weight of 135 by Summer or ASAP (whichever comes first) lol!

    I'm 22, 5'7 and currently 129. My current goal is to lose 10lbs but ultimately to get back to 115 so about 15 lbs. I am definitely in for some extra motivation and support!
