I promise to track my meals every day and to not cheat by skipping bad days! I have shared my food diary with my friends to help stay accountable

I too promise to myself and my family to track my meals even if I venture off track, knowing we are going on holiday next week will make it hard but it'll make me more determined to make healthy food choices!

I promise to track my meals, even on the bad days. I'm using the MEGA group C25K group to make sure I run 3 times a week.

I'm going to use this to see how I'm really going. I want to limit my sugar.
Today was a bit of a shock for me as I worked out my intake needed. I think part of my issue is under eating at the moment.

I'm going to start with 1 week of full logging as I normally log one meal and forget the rest of the day. How do you make it so ppl can view your log and view others?

I think you need to add them as a friend faith. Then you can see each others logs.
