Still Here... Holidays Didn't Get Me

Been reading even though I haven't posted much. Keto is still going great. Didn't gain any over the holidays. I did cheat here or there. I will admit that. With a 30-35 pound weight loss since late August and definitely looser jeans and smaller dress shirts and new holes in my belts, I am stuck at 223 pounds.
Any new ideas or suggestions to break this plateau? I know many say scale don't matter, but I at least want to get down to 210.

I know these are based on a woman, but the premise is the same... Check out why that scale number really doesn't mean anything when it comes to body composition. @collegefbfan Remember, Olympic weight lifters are often considered overweight or obese when considered by BMI/scale alone...

In particular, the pictures toward the end of the first link, and most of the stuff in the second link shows how you can actually look/feel better at higher weights with proper fitness.... Just some thoughts there...0
