I don't know if anybody else cares to keep doing weekly weigh-ins, but it helps to keep me accountable so I figured I might as well. My weigh-in days are Sunday, so here it is!

Last Week: 311.6 lbs
This Week: 310.2 lbs (-1.4 lbs)
Starting GFB weight: 359.4
Total lost with Team GFB: 49.2 lbs (grand total 104.8)
Goal weight: 220
I'm coming up on one year since getting serious about losing weight, and I guess my motivation is failing at this point. Things are still going in the right direction, but for the first time I just don't really care to keep going and I'm not sure why. Maybe it's the distance still to go, or maybe it's just the usual fatigue.2 -
One thing that keeps me in line is I take what I was weighing and minus what I weight now. Take that in weights and just walk around with it. Keeps me in the mindset to just keep at it and don't go back. One other thing I have done is literally donate all my +2 size pants. So in my case, I got rid of all my size 38 pants. Once I see myself getting tighter then its lose the weight or spend money I don't have. So for me, it's an easy choice.1

I really like the weigh ins for the same accountability reasons. It seems like such a minor thing but I can see the slack I start leaving when I stop tracking stuff. Trying to get back on counting calories because snacks and trash really work their way in when I stop.
I had some really good progress this week because of a little better diet management, I think. Hope everyone else is well.2
