What do I do First?

Why does this question seem to stump us? It's not really a difficult one. Most of us already know the answer, however we constantly look to others around us for help. Maybe it's because we feel as though we are somehow alone in our struggles. The simple truth is that no matter which dietary plan you choose to follow, they all basically follow three simple principles.

1. Begin eating balanced properly proportioned meals

2. Begin some kind of daily exercise routine

3. Get the proper amount of rest each night

You may feel like this is a simplified response to your particular problem. It's not, we all must look at our own circumstance and begin to recognize which of these principles we are violating. Once you realize where you are, then you can begin to plan a path back to where we want to be. It may take some time to get the knowledge you need to properly plan your success. Remember that you didn't get where you are now in a day. However the journey home is always shorter.

So in closing know this, you must first know where you are before you can find your way home and the pathway to home always begins right where you're at.
