Has everyone just gone with what MyFitnessPal suggested or looked at a more bespoke target?

I used my weight, body fat %, height, exercise habits to determine what I am currently burning and how many cals I need to eat to lose a certain amount of weight. It's called the maths diet. It's not really a diet, just works out how to reduce your calories to get to whatever weight you're after. I'll find the link and post it.0

Going to losebabyweight.com.au is another good one to find your ideal calorie intake0

I went to lbw - but I struggle as my intake should be ridiculously high as I'm classed as very active, given I walk at least 16k in steps a day (thanks work...) but I still don't have the weight fall off and then I still have to add my activity in!0
