doing PiYo for the first time at 54.

Is interesting when your body parts are at least 15 years older than anyone elses in the class. But it is great...some yoga moves with cardio mixed in. I just don't care what other people think and I am not competing...a benefit of being 54, I suppose.

I've never heard of that, will have to look into it. There are definitely benefits of aging. It's not all bad. Lol0
