Hello all , as stated I am new to the group I am a career firefighter trying to stay fit and keep up with the twenty somethings looking for friends

New today to this group. Looking for support and coaching. Semi-retired. Started back on my diet to lose about 10 days ago. 186 now down to 182. Goal is 165. Did 45 mins water aerobics this am. Using Quick Weight Loss Diet. History... October 2015 210. Spring 2016 170 Christmas 2016 186..........

54 yo but 55 is so close I can smell it! Trying to maintain a healthy lifestyle and still enjoy wine. This sounds like a good group for me.

Is interesting when your body parts are at least 15 years older than anyone elses in the class. But it is great...some yoga moves with cardio mixed in. I just don't care what other people think and I am not competing...a benefit of being 54, I suppose.
