New today to this group. Looking for support and coaching. Semi-retired.


Started back on my diet to lose about 10 days ago. 186 now down to 182. Goal is 165. Did 45 mins water aerobics this am. Using Quick Weight Loss Diet.

History... October 2015 210. Spring 2016 170 Christmas 2016 186..........

    I have fell of the diet wagon so many times I need a bike helmet , I like to think I just stop for a break but still on the trip . Your history shows you are moving in the right direction !!!!
