Lower Focus Thoughts???

I just finished Lower Focus T25...I found it easier than all the other workouts I did all week...I only burned 100 calories though...With Insanity I burned so many more calories...I hope T25 works for me...I do not like the low calorie burn...What did you guys think???

    Sorry Doll. I woke uber late and will try and get my workout done tonight. For less than 30 minutes these are the best cals burned plus with the HIIT he's doing your getting a good workout. I saw on youtube Shaun T explaining the difference between Focus and Insanity. In his words it comes down to time. If you're a total bad *kitten* and have no time constraints keep with Insanity. If time is an issue Focus is the workout for you. For me as a single mom with 2 kids and their activities and being at maintenance mode it's a better fit for my schedule.

    I loved this! I wonder why your cals are so low? Im burning way more almost 300 to over! I think when you have the moves down you can focus on increasing speed and reps! Im moving almost as fast as them and going faster paced on some moves... keep you focus and bring it as hard as you can for 25 min! That is what im doing going balls out 25 min! All I have time for

    Your cal's depend on how hard you push. For me I make it harder by going *kitten* to the ground on each squat and if you want more intensity throw on a weighted vest or ankle weights ahaha. Anyways I was confused to why cardio was on the same day too. So I did lower focus and cardio. Are you suppose to choose between the two or something?

    Cals also depend on age, sex, weight, HRM. Too many factors play into a persons burn. I'm 4'11", 115# & 42. I'm not going to burn the same as a younger, taller woman let alone a man. The weighted vest is a good idea but ankle weights are not good with the jumping/intensity going on these workouts because they can cause knee problems.

    Its doubles day... you can do both workouts today... or do one Saturday

    I was really sweating through this one! And I do not balance well on one foot without touching the wall with my finger! I did about half the jumping and modified the other half. Next time around will be smoother.

    i think it's a great workout and one where i know i will see major changes as i keep doing it. it definitely made me acutely aware of how poor my balance is!! i had to work REALLY hard on anything that required balance. i look forward to seeing my progress with regards to that :-)

    i agree, the harder you push, the more you will burn.

    Did Lower Focus today. Major squats and lunges from h***! I'm just glad nobody is watching me do this. There is no grace, whatsoever, involved in any of my moves.

    Hi! Calories burned definitely depend on how hard you push. Lower Focus is no joke! Keep pushing play and as you get stronger you will push harder, and burn more calories.

    Hi! The program is set up for doubles on Friday so both programs are to be done. If you can't do both on the same day save one for "Staturday" . What is great about these programs is that there is flexibility in the schedule to adjust for times when you're unable to do the scheduled workouts. Good luck and Thank you for joining my challenge.

    Yeah, my knees are really bothering me today. I tried to do most of the regular moves. I only modified a few. Good thing Thursday is my REST DAY! I'll have to do more modified moves in the future.
