This weeks mini challenge is for you to visualize your goals. In your mind, what does it look like, feel like? Are you healthy? Are you able to go up the stairs without being out of breath? Are you able to go shop for clothes and buy them easily? Once you have done this, you might want to make a vision board. It doesn't have to be big, it can go in a journal, but write quotes, cut out a few pics from a mag., add a pic of you before you gained the weight. Add pics of your family that you want to be able to do things with and be healthy. Use this daily to help remind yourself why your on this journey.

Did the above reminder board at the beginning of the year. I keep it where I can see it throughout the day.1
