Let's all say hello to the F...ing new guy!
Currently sitting at 93kg with around 20% body fat though this is totally estimated. My goals at the moment are to reduce my weight to a steady 90kg, improve body composition, reduce my body fat to around 10% and add strength.
Overall I'm less interested addition of muscle mass over just gaining raw strength.

So you're sitting at 205 pounds and want to get to about 198? Google conversions might have messed that up. Have you changed what you eat? Raw strength I'm not 100% on but I'd be happy to assist you. What exercises are you doing currently?0

I'd say 205 was about right, I always forget to post lbs conversions but Google is accurate.
In terms of exercise I'm about to start on a version of GreySkull LP which is a more power lifting focused routine than my previous one which was a little more bodybuilding. The GreySkull program follows a 5x5 scheme and centers around Squats, Deadlifts, Bench and Overhead Press with a few accessory exercises.
Hopefully that answered everything, but let me know if not0 -
Man that GreySkull program sounds legit. I'm working a ton of overtime right now but I know I need to get back in. I have a bunch of dumbells and I need to get back into exercising using those at the same time. Had great results.0

Yeah the reviews all seem pretty positive. It seems like a good starting point for anyone interested in powerlifting or even just building strength over sheer muscle size. I'll post up a review after I've used the program but that won't be for a few months.1
