This month my Y moved the Saturday morning spin class (now a Les Mills RPM class) from 8:40 to 9:40.
That will let me hit the class after finishing my 4 mile swim. Yahoo!
Used to do that at my previous Y. Down a scoop of Combat between for a small refuel.
If you have never tried doing this combo at your gym, I highly recommend it. Exhausting, yes. But it is a great combiner no joint impact workout.
Spinning get my heart rate a lot higher than swimming.

I saw where I workout was looking to hire a Les Mills instructor. Perhaps I will have to check it out.0

The RPM class is said to be more structured than a typical spin class. I'll find out on Saturday.1
