...taking a look at my food diary? I'm new to Keto. Im not sure if my macros are where they need to be. Im morbidly obese at 322lbs. I'm having no issues thus far. I don't know if I'm in Ketosis but not really worried about that. For the first time in a long time I have no pain; and I'm not bloated so something is working!

I'm finding it a little difficult to hit my fat target and stay under my calorie goal. Suggestions?

Thanks a lot everyone!

You don't have to hit the fat goal.

Reach your protein goal. No biggie to go over or under 10-20g from day to day either.
Stay under carb goal. Then fat to satiety.
If you're able to achieve a reduction in hunger that allows you to go 4-6 hours or more between meals without hunger then you're getting enough fat.

Sodium is low. Definitely read the launch pad post about electrolytes. You know that thing people call "keto flu"? It's just sodium deficiency. You can and should prevent it by increasing sodium.

Thank you so much! I will definitely checkout the post on electrolytes! You have been very helpful :)

Is the buttered coffee keeping you satiated for a long while as breakfast?

Omg yes. I can't give up greek yogurt with a little bit of berries. Even though the brand ofgreek yogurt I use is the best I have seen on the market for the fat:carb ratio, it's remarkable the world of difference my BPC makes for my satiety (and my digestion) compared to the yogurt. My other typical weekday breakfast is bacon and eggs. Sometimes I just don't want to take the time to prepare that and deal with dishes so BPC is a life saver. The only thing is I'm really trying to focus on still getting nutrient dense foods throughout the day. Also, I do the MOST with my BPC. I put butter, MTC oil AND HWC in it.
