Paddison program for lifestyle change

Is anyone else using the Paddison program? It's written for rheumatoid arthritis sufferers but has worked for PsA as well. I want to try it but still cling to the idea of eating pizza.

What I find with my food intolerances is I need to eat clean about 95 percent of the time I don't need 100 percent compliance. While you're in the elimination phase 100 percent compliance is probably required, but once you have that sorted out, for me at least I was able to do on occasion
I'm not sure what your budget is, I went to see an Naturopathic Doctor, and she helped with the food counseling and did food intolerance testing (I think the tests run 3-400 dollars CAD.) Some drug stores offer these tests as well and will give you a report on what food and food families exactly causes the inflammation.
With this approach I am able to control my PsA almost 100 percent, and for my skin I got about an 80 percent reduction in lesions.2
