Cassein Protein Supplement

I had read that Cassein protein is better for Keto Diet, longer acting. I finished the last of my Whey protein, bought Cassein and used Cassein in my morning Coffee Smoothie Concoction... I dont know if it was placebo, or the Cassein but I felt really full until dinner time...Usually I get pangs before then but I really felt a difference, anyone else experience this? Any thoughts on Cassein protein? I was already happy with Keto and the Satiety it provides.....Cassein seems to take it too a new level, so far........

    Casein does have this effect. It's the reason regular milk is more satiating than whey too. Whole milk protein is 80% casein, 20% whey.

    I actually get the best results from MPI and MPC, which are just whole milk proteins. MyProtein's Vanilla Milk Protein Smooth is one of my favorites. About 200 kcals for 60g that, when mixed in about 24 ounces of water, has me not wanting to eat for many hours. I am planning on using it as my sole protein source on my next mini-cut as an experiment to see how it does compared to my usual tuna and chicken breast.
