Do you slide on the weekend?

I notice that I tend to go over points much more often on the weekend (Sat specifically) than I do during the week. Wondering if others have similar behavior?

Well, since I am retired, it's all one long weekend, so there really is no difference.
I was working when I started WW and did my losing, however. Many people said the sameas you, but I found the opposite to be the case. I was so active on weekends, doing all the stuff I couldn't do on work days, that I lost more on Saturday and Sunday than I did the rest of the week.0 -
I do , a bit. On weekends, I get out of the work routine but I usually stay within my allowed points....0

I do, and it's one of my bigger challenges. When I was doing my best, I had one "free day", where I didn't count points, but practiced moderation in how much of that food I ate. That day was from noon Saturday to noon Sunday. However, over time that slid into the entire weekend, starting with Friday night. Self-discipline is an on-going process.0

Yep. I do my "official" weekly weigh-in on Monday to help me stay in the game over the weekend. I'm sure it works to some degree, but not a cure-all by any stretch.0

I to am retired but do work part time a few hrs. to keep active but I treat weekends the same as week days now.But I plan if I know I have some type of an event to go to.0

I look at it like this:
why wipe out 5 or 6 days of good effort with one or two days off plan. It's not worth it to me.
I have never liked or used the term "cheat day". You're either on the plan or not, yes we all go Off Plan "accidentally" but it shouldn't be a planned weekly occurrence IMHO.
(Stepping down off my soapbox now.)
I do recall my PreWW Sunday football snacks! OMG!3 -
Any problem I had on weekends was usually associated with too much down time at the house. I found 2 ways to fight it. Either flee the premises or find a dirty job to do. Either way I was out of the kitchen.0

Although I'm also retired, Friday in my weigh-in, and I often (usually?) enjoy my weekends too much.0

When I'm working hard to stay on program all week, no, I don't slide on weekends. But, in the summer they are definitely more challenging, and where I'm most likely to use my WPs.1

Generally, it's not a problem for me. That said, I work largely from home so the weekends are not as distinct as they were when I reported to an office. From a mindful perspective though, I realized pretty early in the weight loss game that I had to take it one day at a time and two of those days were weekends. The 'one day at a time' philosophy for me meant just that: holidays, birthdays, celebrations, weekends, it's all just another day on-plan (even if I plan to go off-plan).0

When I was in the lose phase, I usually saved my WP for weekends or going out for dinner. That way, I never really felt deprived.0

Slid some at church potluck yesterday. Unusual. Every day is its own thing.0

If we are socializing my point consumption is higher typically. If we are doing a normal at home, running errands, church etc. it's like any other day.0

No. I'm much more active on the weekends and much less stressed since I'm not at work. This past weekend I was outside a lot running, biking, and hiking on both days. I needed the time out in nature to recharge.0

I do. There are so many more social events, late nights, and opportunities to drink that I end up way over at least 1 day. I just try to even it out during the week0

I tend to slide at social events, whether on weekdays or weekends. Otherwise I usually stick to the plan....0
