I belong to the 1000 No Burpees Club, so I will do push ups instead.

Jogged in place between exercises. Got this done except for the pushups. Will do it again tomorrow. We also went for a short walk. It was beautiful, and it was fun until the cold wind hit. Managed 13,317 steps for 6.55 miles. Got arms and legs done.

Wow, great steps there! Like how you jogged in place between the exercises! Way to beat some zombie butt! I love this one Chris. I was shocked to see the burpees......but then I saw your disclaimer.

Done! Along with Arms and Legs and 12,300 steps so far. I was supposed to do assisted pull ups, but I'll take a bawling out from our trainer instead.

We did 60 mins w/our trainer this evening...all of the above covered big time!! I'm gonna be sore tomorrow!

Going to walk w/DH in a few mins. It's beautiful but darn cold outside. Then I'm going shopping. bwahahaha!
