Low carb restaurant opening in April, run by a T1D low Carber, triathlete and his soon to be wife. :)

    I used to go to one of the suburbs there (Middleton) regularly for work. My job has changed a bit since then, although I am still with the same company. If I do need to go back again, I will have to remember this.

    Ahh I'm going to have to check it out!! :) I don't live IN Madison, but I make it there periodically so I'd definitely take a trip to stop there.

    Too bad.... I'm as close to Madison Wisconsin as I am to Ensenada Mexico. Hmmm, maybe I need to open a low carb restaurant in Mexico (at least for the winter).

    That's totally awesome!! Really wish I had one near me. I hope that it'll only be a matter of time before someone starts a low carb chain of restaurants with decent food.

    oh my.. I may have to make Madison our next trip destination for a family weekend. Only about 2-3 hours from Green Bay!
