Hi looking for my low carb twin that would like to chat and encourage each other. Maybe interested in being friends on facebook

Im 43, mum of 4 and have around 2 stone to lose.
Im on lexapro for chronic pmt (it works great). But am finding it nearly impossible to get the weight off...but determined to do it.
I put the weight on 3 years ago when I was a surrogate for my sil. Found it tougher physically that I thought I would, going through ivf and all the drugs involved

Anyway thats enough about me...anyone similar that would like to be buddies

Hey keep pushing. Have you tried Mct oil and heavy cream. I wasn't having enough fats over protein and that was a tastey fix to that prob. 35 lbs down 50 more to go
