tracking is killing me!!

Tracking definitely works, however, I am CONSTANTLY thinking about food!~!!!! any help??

I know exactly what you mean. For me, I think it is natural because that is what I am paying attention to- what I put in my mouth. Nevertheless, I think it helps me to obsess less about food if I do my meal planning and menu in advance a week at a time and then wait to record my daily food intake until after dinner since I've finished eating for the day.

I think I constantly think about food no matter what. Tracking helps me feel like I'm in more control of it though. I try to plan my day and enter it in the morning so that I don't have to mentally add how many calories I'm eating throughout the day. All that goes out the window if I end up eating out so I try not to do that too often.1
